Internships 

Looking to get involved? Island Liaison is always looking for motivated individuals who are excited to give back to the community. As an intern, you will gain valuable professional skills while representing the Pacific Islands. Internships for Academic Credit

When possible, we will align your duties with the learning goals of your academic program to create a relevant internship experience towards your degree. Please reach out with an internship request at least one month before your intended start date to allow time for discussion of learning goals and program development. Island Liaison has hosted students with degrees in Nonprofit Leadership and Management, Asian Pacific American Studies, Pre-Health, and Political Science, but are open to other programs as well. 

Non-Credit Internships 

Just want to get involved but don’t need academic credit? We are happy to meet with you to discuss what you would like to get out of the internship. Taking a look at your strengths, where you would like to improve, and where Island Liaison needs assistance, we will create an internship experience that is beneficial for all.

 

Volunteer
