Island Liaison links Arizona-based Pacific Islanders to healthcare centers where they can obtain affordable primary care and other assistance as needed, especially those from the independent island nations of the Freely Associated States (FAS): The Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI), the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), and the Republic of Palau.

FAS islanders are not US Citizens and therefore are not eligible for many federal or state services, including essential healthcare services.
